This RV is great for families looking to get away in a travel trailer that is not too big and affordable. It comes with a queen bed that is closed off from the rest of the RV. The kids have their choice of sleeping in the bunks or using the beds in the living area that are easy to setup. Comes with a TV ready for streaming if desired. Plenty of front and rear storage for all your gear. Radio is Bluetooth enabled for indoor and outdoor play. Pets are welcomed for a $25 fee. **Attention: Ask about Kentucky Derby Week! Booking available for Kentucky Derby the 2nd thru 6th of May 2024. RV site already booked and ready for a couple or family looking to enjoy Derby week but can't find a hotel for under $350 a night!** Trailer setup is very easy. Hitch comes with RV if renters choose to tow. The hitch system does distribute the weight and helps prevents trailer sway. RV has electric stabilizer jacks which makes setup even easier, all you have to do is hold a button! RV comes stocked with the basics. Only items needed to be brought with you is bedding! If there is anything you need that you might not have just ask we probably have it for you! The RV can sleep 6 people comfortability. If you have young children they can be doubled up in the bunk. The bunk beds are full size. Pick-up times can be flexed in many cases, just let us know what your needs. This trailer can be pulled by some half ton trucks. Tow vehicle requires a 7-way plug and brake controller. Please read the rates, rules, and additional fees carefully. We try to be fair and transparent with all renters and try not to charge extra fees when RV is returned. Note: All renters who camp four or more days are required to pay for portable RV waste tank.
