The sectional couch is a full size pullout couch and can easily sleep 3. The master bedroom is equipped with a fireplace and is a stunning room with a view. The bathroom is equipped with a washer and dryer. This unit is brand new from the factory :-) Delivery is required for this unit. Minimum stay is 7 days. Gravel/concrete site required unless otherwise approved in advance. Cleaning fee automatically charged is not for cleaning after the rental; this covers only preparing the unit prior to the start of your rental and setting up and taking down the unit at the start/end of the reservation. The unit should be returned in substantially the same condition with the same level of cleanliness as received to avoid cleaning fee ($250 basic cleaning up to $2,000 excess cleaning fee in accordance with the terms of the supplemental rental agreement).
