This camper is stocked and ready to go. Delivery at a reasonable rate. Completely hassle free for you if you do not have a vehicle to pull camper or the experience. You can just arrive at your destination and relax with no hassle. Great rates for local areas up to 40 miles. By choosing delivery option we provide set up and tears down of the camper before and after your camping adventure along with dumping sewage and grey water at the end of your trip (only) at no xtra charge. Our camper has an upgrade 8 in memory foam mattress to the Queen master bed and mattress protectors on beds. We have 2 oversized double bunks, very roomy along with electronic plug in adapters. Table also converts into a single bed this camper can sleep 5-7. Large Double bunks are very spacious for kiddos to share. Several games and extras with this camper to enjoy with the family. Our comfort is your comfort, and we are happy to answer any questions you may have on the rental. What to bring is your food and personal items such as shampoos, body soaps etc. What's Included: Setup/teardown/empty sewage (if delivered), Coffee Keurig machine (bring your own k-cups, Paper/plastic products, bowls, pots/pans, electric skillet, Utensils, electric skillet, Towels/sheets and comforters along with pillows, games for rainy weather, 24 inch tv/dvd player that can go from inside to outside mount, radio with speakers, can opener and all basic needs. 2 lawn rocking chairs, 4 camper chairs regular, (several outside games including cornhole, leveling blocks, yard yahtzee, yard checkers, glow frisbee, kids cornhole bags. Blackstone grill with propane. 3 person camping tent, wheel locks, power adapter for hook up 30 amp, outdoor mat, Outside shower available and inside shower very nice and larger than most. If we Deliver: Delivery and Pickup times will correlate with campground set up hours so if it is arrival allowed at 3pm we will arrive at that time to set up or prior arrange times. If required time to depart your campground is by 11 am we will need to arrive to breakdown given at least an hour. Delivery Fee includes set up and breakdown along with emptying black sewer tank at the end of trip. (Long rentals you may need portable tank) Renter is responsible for removing trash and having camper in condition upon rental. Dishes washed put away, simple sweep up, portable campfire pit (ashes emptied) MONITOR Water usage and limit shower time checking water tanks and sewer levels. If you have to be emptied during trip it will be a charge of $4 a mile and $100 off security deposit. If water is not draining and retaining in any sink check grey water levels/ probably full and you need to notify us immediately. Pets allowed: dog only with add on cost and must be approved. Must addon 1 time charge of $25 Refundable security deposit: If no items are missing, broken or damaged. You need to be on arrival time for walk through of camper to go over info if possible or we can make arrangements. Must fill out renter information and insurance approval before trip start. Even on deliveries you still fill out driver information for insurance purposes.
