This is my third time renting an RV for a road trip with my family and my first time using RVezy. This RV was in much better condition than either of my two prior rentals. Not that the other two were in bad shape, but this one was in *excellent* condition.
This rental experience was like an Airbnb on wheels - *everything* in the RV was in good working order and the rig was very well-appointed with things that made our trip easy (bedding, towels, Tupperware, aluminum foil, camp chairs, a spare fridge - and this isn't the whole list!).
Jessica and her husband were very attentive throughout the rental process and great communicators. The rental details were very clear up front and there were no surprises at the end. There was one minor hiccup: the LP tank turned out to be empty at pick-up (they thought it was full). They were very apologetic and made it right without hesitation.
I would absolutely rent this RV again and highly, highly recommend this owner.
