Delivery Availability: Delivery is available within a reasonable radius of our home base Common delivery locations include RV parks, campgrounds, and event venues Delivery fee is based on distance and setup requirements Delivery must be scheduled in advance and confirmed prior to booking What’s Included with Delivery: Drop-off and pickup of the RV Leveling and basic setup Hookup to water and electricity (if available at the site) Walk-through at delivery or detailed instructions provided if contactless Pickup / Return: Pickup occurs at the agreed-upon time on the final rental day RV must be accessible and free of personal items at pickup Late returns may result in additional fees Restrictions & Requirements: Delivery only — no guest towing or driving permitted without documented consent from owners Campsite must be accessible for a Class A motorhome (no tight turns or soft ground) Guest is responsible for securing campsite reservations and verifying RV length compatibility No dry camping or boondocking unless approved in advance; renters will be responsible for fines and/or parking tickets plus all HOV fees if applicable Communication: Clear communication before arrival is required to ensure smooth delivery Last-minute changes may not be accommodated
