It is a smaller trailer what makes it lite for towing (trailer brake controller required and 7 pin connector). has electrical plug in for camper sites as well as a city water hook up. has a onboard fresh water tank(26gal) as well as a onboard grey water tank(15gal) and black water(9gal) for dry camping, another external tank(21gal) can be provide for a fee. all waste water and tanks must be emptied by renter. if tanker is returned with waste renter will be charged
