Perfect for families, or friends, this spacious retreat sleeps up to 9 people comfortably and is loaded with features to make your getaway stress-free and enjoyable, ***Highlights:*** -Spacious Living Areas: 2 slide-outs for extra room to relax with large tinted windows & window shades for privacy -Bunkhouse: 3 bunks + a floor double bed (perfect for kids or guests) -Master Bedroom: private queen bed with bamboo pillow topper for restful nights -Additional Sleeping: fold-out lounger seating couch converts to a double bed. Dinette folds down into an additional bed. Bunkhouse couch folds out into a double bed. -Indoor kitchen: oversized kitchen sink, air fryer microwave, stovetop propane burner(s) and range hood, + full electric fridge & freezer -Outdoor kitchen: bar fridge, sink, and slide out dual burner stove for easy entertaining -Entertainment: 2 TVs (one in living room, one in bunkhouse) on telescopic mounts with streaming capabilities (Internet and subscriptions are not included) -Convenience Features: Levelling jacks, blocks, & chocks. Water, sewer & 30-amp electrical connections with surge protector. Electric tongue jack & electric awning with LED lighting. Dual Grey Water (69 gal total), Waste water (39gal), and Freshwater (45gal) tanks to support comfort living. -Built-in solar panel system keeps the batteries good and charged when off grid or in case of grid power failure. -Dual Group 31 deep cycle batteries helps keep the camper running during the cloudy off grid days (note, microwave and ac will not run on batteries). -Built-in power inverter(s) keeps all the power flowing to the receptacles on or off the grid. -Thermostat with heat / cool / fan selections controls the in cabin duct distribution keeping the temps comfortable. -Air conditioner with soft starter keeps the space cool during the hot summer days. -Instant tankless hot water with adjustable monitor makes for nice warm water throughout. -Propane furnace guarantees to keep you warm during cool nights. -60lbs of propane with auto selector for all your BBQing, heating, and hot water needs. (prefill available) -50ft water hose to fill up the freshwater tank or tap into incoming water connection, included with rental. Whether you’re camping by the lake, adventuring in the woods, or enjoying a weekend getaway with loved ones, our Hideout offers the perfect balance of luxury and practicality with the comforts of home. ***Options Available to Include (if you don't see it listed, just ask us, we probably have it):*** -Camping, chairs, portable BBQ (tabletop), firepit skewers = $40 per night -Outdoor rug with perimeter lighting, power bar, and extension cord (1) = $40 per night -Portable propane fire bowl with 20lb propane tank = $40 per night (usable in most campgrounds under fire bans, Renter to confirm with Campsite Operator/Manager) -Badminton Rackets, Crib board and cards, Cornhole = $40 per night -Thermocell with up to 16 hours worth of fuel (2 cannisters) = $20 per night -Starlink Satellite internet = $40 per night (up to 20GB total usage, beyond additional $5 per GB). -Camping cutlery, plates, dishware, utensils, cups = $20 per night -Keurig single serve coffee maker = $20 per night (bring your own pods) -Bedding, towels, and convenience linens = $40 per night (bring your own pillows) -4500 watt dual fuel inverter generator = $200 per night (includes refill - max 20 hours total runtime) -Sewage dump trolly = $60 per night ***Additional Fees:*** -Mileage = $3.00 per KM delivery & pickup paid up front (if we are delivering - includes basic setup) -Propane filling fee = $20 per night -Post rental cleaning & maintenance fee = $150 (unless it's returned spotless and damage free) -Sewage dumping & septic cleaning fee = $100 -$1000 deposit due upon rental acceptance (refundable upon post rental inspection and acceptance by Owner) *MINIMUM 2 NIGHTS RENTAL. We can assist with setup and take down as well to make your getaway truly enjoyable! Just ask! Happy to pull out this trailer to your spot and get it setup so you can enjoy your getaway making memories! ***Rental Terms & Conditions:*** -The Owner reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to secure and restrict access to certain compartments within the camper during the rental period. The Renter(s) acknowledge and agree not to tamper with, remove, or otherwise attempt to gain access to any locked compartments or remove locking mechanisms. Any such tampering or unauthorized access shall result in the immediate forfeiture of the rental deposit in full. -Campsite Requirements: Booked campsite must accommodate a minimum up to 40 ft camper with adequate space for both the camper and tow vehicle, with safe and easy in and out access. -Campsite or Park Fees: Renter(s) are responsible for all campground or park fees required during the rental period. -Cleaning & Care: Renter(s) must keep the camper in a clean condition and take reasonable preventative measures to avoid damage, including proper use of equipment and appliances. This includes proper disposal of all debris, garbage, waste products, and cleanup. Renter(s) must only use approved toiletries. -Towing Experience & Vehicle Requirements: Renter(s) confirm they have sufficient experience and capability to safely tow and operate a large camper trailer of this size, including proper hitching, maneuvering, and braking. The Owner reserves the right to deny Renter(s) the ability to tow if the proposed tow vehicle is deemed inadequately sized or unsafe. In such cases, the Owner will tow and set up the camper at the rental site, and 50% of the deposit will be retained and non-refundable for these services rendered. -Liability for Damage: Renter(s) are fully responsible for any and all damage to the camper trailer, tow vehicle, fines incurred, or campsite occurring during their rental period starting at moment of pickup and ending upon successful return of the unit. -Hold Harmless Agreement: Renter(s) agree to hold the Camper Owner harmless from any claims against for, including but not limited to negligence, loss or damage to personal belongings, or theft.
