September 2026: the RV is available for rent in September must be picked up by Sept 1st and dropped off Sept 23rd or later, with rental for the entire period. Designed by the manufacturer as a high quality 4-season rental vehicle and outfitted by us for comfort and adventure, our Glamping Adventurer sleeps 5, with seat belts for 6, and is pet friendly! If you need more sleeping space and would love to try an outdoor kitchen, our Glamping Tagalong teardrop trailer sleeps 2 and can be towed by the Glamping Adventurer RV (see separate listing). Renting with us? The Glamper is easy to drive. It even has a back-up camera! No special license is required, just a full licence in Manitoba or your province or state. Drivers must be 25 years old. Packed and ready to go for your getaways, with designer bedding, towels, quick dry packable beach towels, luxury bath amenities, and numerous extras designed for renters. - Brand new dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, Nespresso coffee maker and milk frother, Instant Pot, toaster, kettle, and more - Custom shelving and hooks added for convenient storage and recharging multiple devices; second towel rack added for larger families. Floor-length curtain added for additional rear-bed privacy. - Brand new outdoor cooking appliances: cook breakfast on the Coleman Fyresergeant stove, burgers on the Napolean portable BBQ, or try the Ooni Koda pizza oven! - Two TVs and DVD player with sound system and selected DVDs - Manitoba maps, guidebooks, nature books, and outdoor cookbooks, and a detailed rental handbook - Games and activities for rainy days and evenings with friends and family - Welcome package for you: Starbucks espresso pods, microwave popcorn, and a S'mores kit - Welcome package for your pup: blanket, water/food dishes, treats, dog yard leash - New truck seat covers and floor mats for enhanced cleaning and comfort on the road - RV toilet paper, compostable trash bags, and biodegradable cleaning supplies provided Order groceries and wine/beer for delivery to the RV, and we will chill and pack your items. For the ultimate package, meet us at the campground with your RV delivered and assistance with setup! Delivery is available within 100km (for example Winnipeg Beach, Birds Hill, St Malo, or nearby private sites). Sleeping arrangements: Overcab Bed (2 adults): 53" x 80" Rear Bed (2 adults): 57" x 79" Dinette Bed (child or small adult): 44" x 66" Seatbelts and child car seats: 6 seat belts. Cleaning and sanitation supplies, sewer hose, clean water hose are included. Calendar note: If your dates are not available, please contact us. Some blocked dates are flexible and others can be wait-listed. RV pick up and drop off and orientation: - Flexible pick up, noon drop-off. $75 late fee unless alternate time arranged in advance. Contact us for special requests. - Please allow a minimum of one hour for orientation to the vehicle and documentation. The orientation will be faster if you preview the rental handbook and videos. We will provide these links after booking. - Instructions for all the appliances and outdoor cooking equipment will be provided and briefly reviewed at pick up. Airport pick up and drop off is available for $75 round-trip. Bikes and Bike rack: 4 mountain bikes and a Thule RV approved hitch-mounted 4-bike rack are available for rental. Bikes are $10/day (maximum $100) and the rack is $50 per trip. Pet policy: Small and medium-sized dogs preferred, no cats. Pets are not allowed on dinette seats. Driver policy: 25 years old minimum. Full licence in Manitoba or your province or state. Maximum rental period: 30 days Insurance (MPI): included in rental fee, $9.5 million third party liability, $300 deductible. Tires and windshield damage are renter responsibility. Roadside assistance: Strongly recommended, either through RVezy or another provider. CAA membership (must include the RV option) for one year is an alternative, and covers the member for any vehicles they drive. Gravel roads policy: No gravel roads except short roads to access campgrounds and gravel roads within the campground. Driving to US/Mexico: You may drive the RV in Canada and the US but not Mexico. Speed: Fuel consumption increases significantly with RV speed, so save your money by driving conservatively! Additional items available: Inflatable tandem kayaks (2), mountain bikes (4), bike rack, screen tent (Quickset CLAM Venture 9x9ft with wind/solar panels), two 4-person tents, additional chairs Renter Tips: If you are new to camping, mark your calendar! National park reservations open in January. Some provincial parks in Canada can be booked already as well as US state and national parks. Riding Mountain National Park is a top Manitoba destination, so be sure to call when the booking window opens. If you miss the provincial or national park deadlines, we can suggest municipal and private campgrounds. When looking at the campground map pay attention to the type of site; pull-through sites are a breeze if you are new to driving a Class C. Pick a full service site if you want to use all the amenities (full hookup: electric, water, sewer), however you can empty the tanks when you depart (pick electric/water) or you can go off the grid, using the batteries, propane, solar power and generator if needed.
