This trailer sleeps up to 4 with a comfy queen expandable bunk and a convertible sofa bed. It’s easy to tow thanks to its lightweight design: dry weight is 2,555 lbs, payload capacity is 945 lbs, GVWR is 3,500 lbs, and hitch weight is just 220 lbs. It’s compact and capable at only 18.8 feet long with a single axle and brand new 15” tires. Inside, you’ll find kitchen essentials including a 2-burner stove, propane/electric fridge, sink, and a dining table with a new, sturdy plywood top. The private bathroom comes with a toilet and shower. For comfort in any season, the trailer has a propane furnace and a roof-mounted fan A/C unit. The expandable queen bed with soft shell gives you extra space without adding to the trailer’s overall length. Enjoy shaded outdoor time under the standard awning, and bring your bikes along with the hitch-mounted rack that holds two. Tow vehicle requirements: your vehicle must have at least 3,500 lbs towing capacity, a properly connected 7-pin trailer connector with power for brakes, and a brake controller. Even though the trailer is lightweight, Manitoba law requires brakes on all trailers above 2,998 lbs GVWR. To operate the trailer’s brakes, your car must be equipped with a brake controller. Add-Ons Generator: Brand new dual-fuel inverter generator can be added to the rent. Portable BBQ: $10/day for rents shorter than 3 days, $30 flat fee per rent starting from day 4. 1 lb propane tanks can be supplied for an additional fee. 6ft Foldable Table: $5/day for rents shorter than 4 days, $20 flat fee per rent starting from day 4. Emptying Septic Prepayment: Skip the hassle of emptying the septic tank by prepaying the fee. This option is included in delivery rentals and should not be selected in those cases. Propane Refill Prepayment: Use as much propane as you need (within the capacity of the tank) without worrying about refilling it. Basic Tea/Coffee Supplies: Enjoy your first cup of tea or coffee before unpacking your own supplies. This complimentary add-on includes tea bags, instant coffee, sugar, and cups to cover you on arrival to the campground. Custom Add-Ons: Additional items or supplies may be available upon request and can be added for a fee or free of charge, depending on the request and availability. Rental Rules No boondocking: The trailer is not designed for off-road conditions and can be severely damaged. The guest is responsible for all damages and cleaning resulting from such activity. No tailgating, festivals, smoking, or illicit drug consumption: Let’s keep the trailer clean and safe for family travels. Non-campground use: The host’s approval is required if you plan to use the trailer outside dedicated campgrounds. Pet (and human) messes: Even though each rental includes a cleaning fee, some messes could be above reason. Excessive or hard-to-remove mess, pet litter, or damage to the trailer could be subject to additional cleaning or repair fees.
