The Tiny Glamper is a light-weight trailer that many vehicles can tow (1550 pounds dry weight, not including water, propane, equipment and supplies). It is a complete tiny home away from home with a dinette that converts to a queen bed, indoor kitchen with 2 burner gas stove, small fridge, microwave and sink, and a tiny bathroom with toilet and shower. What's Included Pillows and bedding/sleeping bags (request or bring your own) • Dishes and utensils • Cooking equipment, pots and pans • Dish drainer, soap, kitchen linens • Hand soap, towel • Quick-dry towels and face cloths • Cleaning supplies • Septic tank supplies • Propane tank • 25ft Electrical cord, water hose • Outdoor camping mat • Basic tools and safety equipment Policies - Return the trailer in the same condition as received. Additional Cleaning fee $100. - Return the trailer with septic tanks empty. Septic emptying charge $150. - No smoking, vaping or cannabis. Cleaning fee $200. - Missing or damaged equipment or items will be charged to the security deposit. - Pet fee to be pre-paid as an add-on (see add-ons). - Late returns are charged $25 per hour unless pre-arranged.
