Remember to mention that you are renting a 41 ft. 5th Wheel toy hauler, featuring two slides (one on each side) and 50 amp service. Beds - Master bedroom at top of steps - Double bed Loft bed located in living room area - sleeps 2 comfortably but can sleep 3 Toy hauler - 2 beds that raise up and down. Both are doubles but one is designed as a futon type bed that can also be used for a couch . Each bed sleeps 2. Your check-in details will be sent 48 hours before your arrival, provided all your documents are completed; please note that incomplete paperwork may delay your check-in. Additionally, when renting our RV, please share your arrival time, as we will have someone at the property to assist you in familiarizing yourself with the RV. Some of our favorites are Frontier Town water park, Assateague Island, Jolly Rogers, Baja go karts, Sea Rocket & boardwalk for the youngsters. For the adults, Berlin and hit the brewery's there, Windmill Creek Winery, Sinepuxent Brewery & for crabs (please don't eat inside) Elliott's Seafood. You will have full access to RV. Depending on site size & location, you may not be able to use the back patio or drop the garage door. Model 325PACK13 offers a spacious rear cargo area separate from the main living area for you to load and transport your favorite adventure toys! Use the rings provided to easily secure your load and once you arrive and the toys are removed set up the flip sofas and free standing table for a place to hang out. There is a side man door for easy access once the cargo ramp is closed. A loft bed is great for the kids or an extra guest to sleep above, and the half bath off the cargo is handy to keep all the dirt and grim outside the main living area where it belongs. Enter the main living and kitchen area from the entry door outside, or from the cargo space next to the washer/dryer prepped space that includes an overhead TV mount. Inside this Cherokee Wolf Pack unit you will find a large slide out u-dinette along the curbside between the two doors, or choose an optional sofa. Opposite enjoy a kitchen slide out featuring a three burner range with overhead microwave oven, and refrigerator. There is also a counter peninsula with a double sink, and a large pantry for dry and canned goods. Head up the steps in front to a master bedroom and complete bath. The bath is on the left at the top of the steps and includes a corner angled shower, toilet, and sink. A second bath door leads into the front master bedroom for added convenience. Here you will enjoy a queen size bed, dual wardrobes, an overhead cabinet, and TV! Frontier Town, Fort Whaley & Castaways (verify when reserving) offer busses to the boards and other areas. Please ask for specifics from Campground when reserving. House & Condo Rules 1. Smoking is not allowed in this unit. This includes vape, cigars, cigarettes, medical marijuana, pipes, or any other form smoke. 2. No pets of any kind. If tenant has a service pet, they must submit proper documentation of such and will pay an additional cleaning fee of 100.00, a deposit of 300.00 cash that is refundable if home/condo is left in same condition as when they arrived. 3. People other than those registered as guest to home is allowed overnight. Having additional guest that is not registered with the reservation is grounds for eviction with no refund giving. The State of MD requires all names of tenants to be giving to rental agent for emergency purposes. Please disclose all names and ages. 4. All units are privately owned; the owners & management company are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or it’s facilities. The homeowners & PM are also not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the premise. 5. Keep the property and furnishing in good order, all furniture in proper place. Do not move furniture for any reason as it may scratch or tear the flooring. 6. None of the gas fireplaces or natural wood burning fireplaces are to be used at any time! Only electric fireplaces can be used in off season! 7. Only use appliances for their intended use. Damage or destruction of appliances will be considered a civil issue that the owner will seek to recover cost! 8. Parking – Each unit has specific parking rules and instructions. Please see agent for more details. Trailers are not allowed to be parked on any street in Ocean City, MD without a proper permit. 9. If parking or pool passes are required, loss of or damage is sole responsibility of renter. Please check the properties “house book” as soon as you check in to be sure all of them are there. If not immediately email Kim and let her know what is missing so you won’t be charged at check out. This should be done within 4 hours of check in. 10. Washer and dryers are for your use, however, please be sure to remove all sand from clothes, towels, etc. before putting them in the washer. If not, washers will clog, and we will have to contact a plumber. Renter will be charged an additional service fee with a min. of $95.00 & max to not exceed 300.00. This fee depends on time of call and if it is a holiday. If there is additional damage, this will be passed along to tenant so please be sure to remove all sand before putting in washers. 11. Condo’s/townhouses do not allow towels to hang off railings or grilling of any type on decks or walkways unless otherwise instructed. 12. No overnight guest other than those on reservation, loud parties, or noise. If cops or management is called with a valid complaint, tenants will be removed from property with NO REFUND!
