The unit will include basic cooking utensils, a pot, a pan, tea kettle, silverware, paper-towels, 4 plates & bowls, 4 cups & mugs, dish soap, bathroom tissues, hand-soap, cutting boards, knifes, can opener, vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, trash cans, broom/dust pan. 4 camping chairs, an outside rug. Water hose, water filter, pressure regulator, tank dumping hoses. Ultimately, this unit will come with everything you need to enjoy a care-free RV'ing experience. We use ozone treatment prior to each rental. We ask that you return unit in a "broom clean" condition, take out the trash, and wipe down the toilet, to avoid extra cleaning charges, but leave detailed cleaning and sanitizing to us. Our recommendation when booking RV sites - please make sure to reserve 'full' hookups for ultimate experience. There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside the unit. Any hint of cigarette/vape/cigar will insure a professional cleaning fee of $300. This of course does not include wood campfire smoke. This unit is pet friendly, we allow (up to 2) dogs no more than 20lb for an additional $50 fee. Please note, that any damage caused by your pet is your responsibility, and will be deducted from your deposit.
