Book Us for Your Family Function.. this Camper offers a Great Space for an overflow of Guests. *We’d love if you would come stay in our 2016 Coachmen Clipper our camper SLEEPS 5 Comfortably.. Queen bed located in the front, comfort bunkhouse with 2 beds, and a fold down dinette table. Please see photo that includes measurements of each bed size. *All beds come to you covered with fresh fitted linens. You are required to bring your own pillows, sleeping bags and/or sheets for the beds. There are decorative throw pillows on each bed for your convenience, these are not sleeping pillows, please bring your own for your comfort and sanitary purpose. *The kitchen is fully stocked as you would normally expect in your own home with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, utensils etc.. also included is a single serving coffee maker (uses k-cups or ground coffee) and a double wide toaster. *We provide you with an array of DVD choices to use with our TV/DVD player. There is NO use of the awning, due to caution of mishandling and possible damage, please bring a pop-up tent or screen house. Awning arrangements can be made with a small additional fee of $50 per trip if awning is desired. *Please NO pet’s NO smoking! It’s a family friendly camper. There will be an additional fee starting at $100 if such is suspected. *You will also receive 2 rolls of RV toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, paper napkins, 1 dish towel, dish cloth and sponge, dish soap and hand soap, outdoor rug, 2 oversized outdoor chairs and an outdoor folding table.. and more. *Please note returning RV maybe the responsibility of the renter with parking and stabilizing to the place of pick up. *Pick up RV is convenient and flexible arrangements are made prior. *Dropping off RV is no later than 4 pm. Or extra charges may occur.. unless other arrangements are made prior. *Delivery Price Includes; RV delivered to your location of choice, stabilized and balanced. Personal instructions and walk-through of RV and how to use. *Additional Set-Up is available per request at an additional one time fee of $100 Includes; water hose attachment, rug, table, and chairs set up and use of awning with instructions of use and set-up. *Campers Grey and Black Water Tanks Must be Emptied prior to the end of a reservation or Additional Fee of $200 will be charged to Empty and Clean Tanks. Please clean around toilets floor and toilet. *All Personal Items MUST be out of Camper and MUST be ready at the Time of scheduled pick up or additional fee of $100 will be applied. *Please note a rental requirement is to do a quick clean and sweep of Camper prior to returning. We’ll take care of the sanitary cleaning. Leave the sanitizing to us! We only ask you to tidy up. (Take out all belongings, wash used dish’s, wipe down countertops if messy, shake out rugs, wipe down toilet and a light swiping (excessive charge $100). We ventilate the area after each use. *To not tally up any Additional fees please abide by these guidelines. There are no hidden fees. Everything is stated here within our listing. If you have any questions please contact us we’re here to help. *Included mileage is 75 miles per day. Anything over that is $1.50 per mile. Please don’t forget to specify the location the RV will be traveling too. If the location is not correct, and anything is falsified in documentation, there will be an extensive fee added to inappropriate usage and falsification starting at $500.
