If you do not properly disclose the fact you are going to a festival, the entirety of your security WILL be charged and you will personally be held responsible for any damages incurred. Timing: Delivery / Customer Pickup time assumed to be 4pm or after, customer must be present to take possession of RV. Pick Up / Customer Return time assumed to be 10am or after. If no agreed upon time is met prior to delivery or pick up, then we will delivery and pick up based on host's availability and timing that day. * Condition Note * - When using potable water (not city / hooked up water,) bad water pressure / a lot of air gets introduced into the system resulting in gurgling and sputtering from faucets and shower. We're working to resolve the issue but until we do, this serves as a notice that you are renting this RV as-is.
