Please note that the cleaning fee does not cover us cleaning up you’re excessive mess. That fee is meant to cover cleaning of all the linens, deep cleaning, and disinfecting/sanitizing of the unit. If you choose to leave this unit a complete disaster you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

Trevor was a great host, we had a few questions and he was available for us instantly, when we first got set up we realized we had no hot water and our air conditioner froze up and he came out immediately and had both things fixed and running, for us to enjoy our holiday weekend!
