The rear wet bath (a cassette toilet, roomy shower area, a big closet) adds comfort and convenience, plus there is storage to keep your towels close. You can prepare home cooked meals while at the campsite or cook some burgers with the two burner gas cooktop while enjoying a cold beverage kept in the single door stainless electric refrigerator. The swivel captain's chairs are not only comfortable for driving, but also for socializing with guests. The 72" x 47" pull out bed has a removable table and is across from the electronics cabinet which has a HDMI cable and USB charging ports, as well as an articulating tablet holder for your entertainment needs! This is built for those who want to explore the great outdoors in comfort! They are front wheel drive and constructed with a RAM Promaster 1500 XT chassis, plus a 3,500 lb. trailer hitch with 4-pin connector so you can haul even more items with you. The side steps and large entryway make it easier to enter and exit the units, and the entryway screen door is an added bonus. The single door stainless electric refrigerator has a freezer for you to store your ice cream, and it is powered directly from the coach batteries which those are charged by the quiet Onan® RV QG 2800 gas generator and/or 190W solar. WHAT'S INCLUDED: Vehicle has a Michigan Park Pass on it. Please let me know if you need anything included in the rentals. If I have it, I'll include it. Just let me know. Here are some of the items I can include with no extra charge. Some are required with the rental and some are optional. The required items will have * next to the item. The rest is optional. Safety/utility items: 1 power surge protector*, 1 electrical cord*, 1 outdoor water hose* (for outside wash), 1 50amp-to-30amp adapter*, 1 electric air pump*, 1 water pressure regulator*, 2 flashlights*. These will be required with the rental for your and the RV's protection. Kitchen: 4 plastic bowls, 4 ceramic bowls, 4 ceramic plates, 1 pot, 1 frying pan, 1 small knife, 1 pair of scissors, spoons, forks, napkins, dish soap. Bathroom: 1 bottle of shampoo, 1 bottle of conditioner, 1 bottle of body wash, 1 single-ply toilet paper (require single-ply to avoid clogging when dumping), 1 bottle of hand wash, toilet waste digester. Bedroom: 1 sleeping bag, 1 blanket, 2 pillows. This unit is winterized and there is no running water until April timeframe. CANCELATION POLICY: No refunds will be given for early returns or for loss of use/time due to inclement weather during your rental period. RETURN POLICY: RV is to be returned in the same condition as it was received. Renter has unlimited financial responsibility for negligent damages caused to the RV during rental. Personal contents are never covered by insurance. Awning damage is not covered by insurance. The unit must be returned undamaged with gasoline fuel at its departure level, holding tanks dumped, and return checklist completed for a full security deposit refund. The following charges will be deducted from your Security Deposit: Failure to dump holding tanks, returning gasoline fuel & propane less than departure amount, toll fees, and the cost of repairs for any damages noted during check-in inspection. Renter is responsible for the actual retail cash value of the Vehicle on the date of loss if it cannot be repaired, missing equipment, administrative expenses incurred processing a damage claim, whether or not you were at fault during the incident, up to the deductible amount of the collision/comprehensive insurance. Renter shall assume responsibility for theft and vandalism to the Vehicle.
