Because pets are family, too, your dog is welcomed to stay - free of charge! We truly want you to enjoy your camping experience without worrying about tons of additional fees. We offer a low nightly rate, additional convenience packages if needed, and a straight-forward delivery and set-up fee of $75.00 plus $4.00 per mile as measured from our house to your camping site, one way. Our 2024 Forest River Cherokee Grey Wolf has everything you need to camp in comfort, including: a fireplace, blue-tooth sound system, LED interior lights, TV, and a large U-shaped dinette slide-out that provides an open and spacious floor plan to accommodate your group without feeling crowded! The dinette has a large picture window that provides lots of light and a great view. The dinette also converts to a full size bed for additional sleeping space with large, pullout storage drawers beneath. Sleeps 8, with a queen bed in the private bedroom that has overhead storage, mirrored cabinets with hanger poles on both sides, outlets and USB/USB3 ports. On the opposite end, there are double-sized bunks with privacy curtains, each with their own light, window, and USB charging ports. The kitchen is AMAZING, with a large stainless steel sink, 3-burner stove, convection microwave oven, 12volt 11 cu ft refrigerator/freezer, large pantry, and plenty of cabinets and drawer space. In addition to the main entry, there is separate outside entry to the spacious bathroom that will reduce in-and-out traffic while you relax outside. The spacious bathroom has a large sink, vanity/medicine cabinet, shower/tub combo with a skylight and a high output bathroom fan. There is an outdoor kitchen that includes a minifridge, ice-maker, and an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water that can be used to spray the dog or clean kids' feet, keeping the interior clear of excess sand or dirt. With the 15' power awning and LED lighting, you can relax outside, rain or shine, day or night! Our rental includes: dishes, cookware, silverware, cooking and grilling utensils, camper chairs (4), coffee pot and filters, toaster, mugs, cups, pot holders, dish soap, hand soap, basic cleaning supplies, RV toilet paper and more! For a more hassle-free experience, we provide an optional Bedding and Towels Convenience Package that includes bedding for each bed, bath towels, and kitchen towels, all prepped and ready for you! For added fun and adventure for the kids, we also offer the Kids Outdoor Adventure Rental Package that includes a 2-person tent, 2 sleeping bags, walkie-talkies, and headlamps. We provide a binder with pictures and descriptions of important "how-tos" and will be available by text to answer any questions you may have. We provide cleaning supplies and ask that you treat our RV with love and care and return it in the same condition that it was in when you left. Requirements and Restrictions: *Must be 25 years old or older with valid ID to rent. *Delivery Only. Because this rental is delivery only, drop-off and pick-up times are contingent upon reservations at your site. Contact us and we'll work with you to meet your delivery and pick up needs. *Roads to campsite must be reasonably accessible and designed to accommodate the weight and size of an RV and tow vehicle. *Drop-off includes orientation and set-up. Renter must be present at time of pick-up. Pick-up includes dumping tanks at no charge unless there is no dump station on-site, in which case a $125.00 dump fee will be deducted from your security deposit. *3 night minimum rental. *$1000 deposit (Released after post rental inspection). *Festival-friendly, with $2000 deposit (Released after post rental inspection). *No smoking. $200 deduction from deposit if there is evidence of smoking inside the rental. *Must complete pre and post rental inspections.
