If you return the trailer in the same condition in which you received it, we will refund your entire security deposit. *Complete forfeit of deposit will occur if there is ANY evidence of SMOKING/VAPING: Absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING is allowed inside RV *The cost of replacing any items damaged or missing upon return will be deducted from the security deposit. This includes but is not limited to small items, such as the TV remote, flashlight, flatware, towels, pots, game pieces, etc. *If holding tanks are not empty upon return, we will withhold $150 from your security deposit refund. * We allow pets, but require approval first. Please no pets on beds or furniture as they can tear.
