    Initial communication was great. when we got to the campsite, encountered some issues with the trailer - refrigeration, AC and the stabilizer did not work as expected. we ended up returning the unit after 2 nights....(we rented the unit for 5 nights). tried to ask the owner for a refund just for the last night but did not accommodate the request. overall, not really a very great experience for us.
