The trailer is very comfortable for 2 Adults and Children. This trailer is a loaded and with all the comforts of home, a/c during those hot days and a furnace during those cold nights. Large fridge and good sized oven. You will really enjoy relaxing and not have the worry about not being comfortable. Hot Mitts, Barbecuing Utensils, Utensils, Mugs, Cups, Dishes, Pots and Pans, Toaster Oven and Coffee Maker are all included. There is a TV in main Living area with remotes, with a Roku Unit installed so you can log into your account on Netflix and Watch your favourite shows. No smoking or vaping inside the trailer. full security deposit will not be returned if any smoking in the trailer. PET POLICY: If you are bringing your pet we ask for a $60 refundable deposit if renter cleans up the messes left by the pet. (Renters Pulling Trailer) Please Return trailer by noon on your last day of rental. If you are picking up trailer at our location please pick-up after 3pm on your first day unless permission given by owner. The times between Noon and 3pm are used for travel time, cleaning of trailer and dumping tanks. This is all to make sure the next renter gets the trailer on time.
