About This Camper: Welcome to our 2019 Keystone Springdale Mini! If you’re the kind of traveler who believes the real vacation happens outside the trailer, you’re our kind of camper. We use this rig exactly as a great family basecamp should be used: a comfortable, dry, cozy place to get a fantastic night's sleep, whip up a solid meal, and enjoy the massive convenience of having your own private bathroom right on your campsite. The trailer comfortably sleeps 4 guests, but can accommodate up to 6. ​Embrace the Digital Detox: Please note that this is a purposefully non-technological camper. You won't find a TV, Wi-Fi, or any flashy high-tech gadgets here. We treat our trailer like a cozy, hard-sided cabin on wheels. Its main purpose is to give you a clean, comfortable place to sleep, eat, rest, and stay dry at night. We aren't the types to sit inside all day staring at a screen—even in the rain, you'll find us outside under a canopy enjoying the woods. If you are looking for a rolling luxury resort packed with electronics, this won't be the right fit. Failure to comply results in full financial liability for damages, deducted from the deposit or claimed through insurance. ​No Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside. Any trace of smoke odor results in immediate forfeiture of the security deposit for deep-cleaning. ​Strict Tank Monitoring: Closely monitor levels on the interior panel. Any tank overflow results in immediate, automatic forfeiture of your entire deposit for biohazard sanitation. ​Water Management: Without hookups, use the freshwater tank wisely. Conserve during dishes and showers. Once gone, it is gone, and over-use quickly overflows wastewater tanks. ​Wastewater Tanks ($150 Fee): Black and grey tanks must be fully emptied/flushed before return (dump black first, then grey). A flat $150 fee applies if returned with full or partially full tanks. ​Off-Grid Power: Outlets, microwave, and AC only work when plugged into 30-amp shore power. Fridge, freezer, lights, slide, and awning run on battery/propane off-grid. No generator provided. ​RV Toilet Paper Only: Use only the provided rapid-dissolving paper. Never flush standard paper, wipes, or paper towels. Renters cover all plumbing clog costs. ​Leave No Trace: Return the trailer clean. Remove trash, wipe counters, and wash/put away kitchen gear. A rubber broom and small mop are provided. ​Inventory: Do not remove gear. Return games and sports balls to the storage bay under the right-hand dinette bench (near the bed). Renters pay replacement costs for missing/broken items. ​Shoes Off: Leave muddy boots outside to keep trail debris off the floor. ​Awning Safety: Retract the power awning whenever unattended, in high winds, or in heavy rain to prevent structural damage.
