Spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully stocked, this RV makes it easy to enjoy the outdoors without sacrificing comfort. Comfortable Sleeping for Everyone: • Private bunkroom with 4 beds – ideal for kids or extra guests • Queen bedroom with storage closets on each side • Fold-out couch for additional sleeping space Please bring your own sheets and pillows. Towels, sleeping bags and extra blankets included. Cook, Chill & Hang Out: • Full kitchen with oven, stovetop, microwave, pots, pans, and dishes • Fridge/freezer inside (solar-powered) + small outdoor fridge (powered sites only) • Griddle, coffee maker and toaster included (require power or generator) • TV and electric fireplace for cozy nights in • Indoor/outdoor Bluetooth sound system – enjoy your favorite tunes inside or by the fire • Indoor dining area and games for relaxing after a day outdoors Outdoor Setup Made Easy: • Outdoor kitchen with burners and sink • Power awning and large outdoor rug for shaded lounging • Folding tables, camping chairs, and a pop-up tent for picnic table coverage • Outdoor shower with privacy tent—perfect after hikes, beach days, or bike rides • Bikes available for exploring (please bring your own helmets; inquire about bike sizes) Limited Delivery & Setup (Let’s Plan Ahead!) We offer delivery and setup for your convenience, with scheduling that works around our weekday commitments. • Weekday deliveries: Available in the evenings (based on location and timing) • Weekend deliveries & pickups: Available all day Saturday and Sunday We’re happy to coordinate timing as best we can—just send a message and we’ll work with you to find a plan that fits your trip! Bathroom & Climate Comfort: • Full bathroom with shower and small tub – great for kids or tired feet • Air conditioning (requires generator or power) and heat (propane) Boondocking Welcome! You’re welcome to boondock! Just note that the microwave, outdoor fridge, air conditioning, coffee maker, griddle, and toaster require a generator or powered site. We include a generator with fuel for your convenience. Traveling with Pets? We know pets are part of the adventure! We’re happy to consider well-behaved pets on a case-by-case basis. A $125 pet fee per stay applies to help cover additional cleaning. For everyone’s comfort and safety, we ask that pets are house-trained, well-behaved, and not left unattended in the RV at any time.
