New Camper great for Families or Couples

Welcome to our Grand Design Transcend Xplor 265BH! Our dog friendly camper is a great option for everyone from couples to larger families. Whether you are going to the coast, mountains, or just staying here in the Raleigh-Durham Triangle area, this camper has everything you'll need for a great camping adventure! You can tow it yourself, or have us bring it to your camp site for you. Note for self-tow: Due to the large size and weight of our camper, we require a Super Duty/HD truck for self tow. This would be an F250 or Chevy/Dodge 2500 or larger. If you choose delivery, the delivery fee includes setting up the camper at your site, and connecting it to all available utilities. This camper comes fully equipped, so all you need to bring is your clothes, toiletries, and your food and beverages. *** WINTER NOTE *** From December 10, 2024 to March 31, 2025, this camper will be winterized. This means the entire plumbing system will be filled with RV anti-freeze. The entire plumbing system will be unavailable for use by anyone for any reason. This means no use of the toilet, sinks, and shower will be allowed. Sleeping arrangements: Boasting a private master bedroom at one end and double bunks at the other, along with a couch and a dinette that can both convert to beds, this camper can sleep your entire party of 6-8 adults or up to 10 if you have a few kiddoes. For even bigger parties, we also have a large 8-10 person tent available to rent for additional sleeping space. As for linens, we will provide bedding, linens, and pillows for the main sleeping areas at no extra charge or if you prefer, you can provide your own. Kitchen Amenities: We have included everything that you will need to enjoy great meals at camp. Here is what we include: - Pots, pans, serving bowls, and cooking utensils. - Plates, bowls, cups, and cutlery for every person in your party. - Basic set of knives for food prep. - Cleaning supplies to clean up after dinner. - A basic selection of the most commonly used spices. - A well stocked coffee station. Bathroom Amenities: This camper has one of the largest bathrooms that you will find in a trailer of this size. The roomy bathroom is one of the primary reasons we bought this particular camper. We include everything you would find in an average hotel room. - enough towels, hand towels, and face cloths for every person in your party. - small supply of toiletries in case someone in your party forgot something. - cleaning supplies to clean up the bathroom as needed. - RV toilet paper - PLEASE DO NOT USE REGULAR TOILET PAPER! You MUST use TP designed for camper septic systems. Putting anything down the toilet other than camper TP will damage the camper's septic system. Note: This camper is not properly equipped for long distance travel (more than 200 miles) or for extended use off-grid (no water or power hook ups for more than 24 hours). If you have plans to do either of these, please message me before requesting to book so we can determine if our camper can meet your needs. If you plan on a long term rental (more than 2 weeks, please message me BEFORE booking. We need to discuss and agree to logistical details (tow vehicle, power/water/sewer hook ups, etc,) to ensure this camper can meet your needs. Note: This camper is equipped with a GPS tracking device.
