Since it is brand new, you will have little to no worry about breakdowns and waiting on the side of the road for tow trucks. You can expect all your amenities to work so you can focus on making family memories. Spacious Living Area: Enjoy cozy evenings in the swivel captain's chairs, relax on the theater seat sofa with leg rest, or dine in the Dream Dinette, all while watching your favorite movies on the 39" LED Smart TV with a Roku unit and over 25 Nintendo classic games. A late fee of $35 per hour applies for returns after noon. If the RV is not returned by 5:00 p.m., we will be unable to accept it back that day. An additional night's rental fee will be charged, and the RV must be returned the next business day. We need daylight to take pictures and we need time to clean it and store it for the next trip. We will provide full linens (towels, sheets, pillowcases, pillows, and blankets) upon request The unit is not to be driven on beaches or sand, or you forfeit your deposit plus any additional damages. For security and safety, we use GPS tracking on the unit. The unit is to stay in the USA ONLY, thanks Deposit: the reason we take a $1500 deposit is to match most of the deductibles on the insurance you take out for our rental. It there is no damage and/or overages you will get a full refund of your deposit per RvEzy policy
