Since it is brand new, you will have little to no worry about breakdowns and waiting on the side of the road for tow trucks. You can expect all your amenities to work so you can focus on making family memories. If you hear it flapping or there is heavy rain, they do break easily, and you will be responsible • We all hate rules, but this is to save you stress and money • ● Return Policy Please return the RV by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the agreed return date. A late fee of $35 per hour applies for returns after noon. If the RV is not returned by 5:00 p.m., we will be unable to accept it back that day. An additional night's rental fee will be charged, and the RV must be returned the next business day. We need daylight to take pictures and we need time to clean it and store it for the next trip. We will provide full linens (towels, sheets, pillowcases, pillows, and blankets) upon request The unit is not to be driven on beaches or sand, or you forfeit your deposit plus any additional damages.
