Sunny the Solitude

Home away from home! We would love to see our cozy abode get loved by another family in a warmer climate during our winter here in Nova Scotia! Bright, large and spacious is what attracted us to this gorgeous Grand Design. Lots of storage in all the rooms, big shower, TWO bathrooms, one full and one 1/2 so perfect for guests. The bunk room is obviously great for families with kiddos but also a great guest room, den or office space. Lots of storage and the 1/2 bath is located right off this space. We replaced the recliners with a sofa for more seats and easy sprawling to binge Netflix! We also replaced the dining chairs with comfortable leather benches that also provide more storage. Residential fridge and huge pantry are my favorite kitchen features. A nice big functional outdoor kitchen/bar and two large awnings are my favorite outdoor features. Last but not least, on demand UNLIMITED hot water tank = Heaven! (providing you are hooked up to water source of course) *Doggie fence included if desired, stows in storage compartment. *Two awning shades included. *RV has snap pads installed and comes with levelling blocks. *50amp extension cord and Watchdog surge protector provided *Two Rhyno sewage hoses and all adaptors included. *Keruig with frother included *Two Roku Smart TVs included *Kitchen esstials supplied if desired.
