The JM's Helio O4 Teardrop Trailer

"Rosie" is an adorable fibreglass teardrop trailer made by Hélio (a Quebec company) and is so light that virtually any car can tow her. We love her for her giant king sized bed (our family of two parents and one small child happily sleeps on it together!) and for its simplicity. Rosie plugs in to shore power and an adaptor for a standard 110V plug is also available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a battery operated water pump (attached to a user-filled tank under the sink), an induction burner, a generous fridge, and all the utensils, dishes, etc you'll need. In the daytime, part of the bed converts to a comfortable sitting area with a swivelling table. There is storage for clothing etc inside (some shelves, some hooks, and some space under the seats) as well as storage for camping gear in a large stowage area beneath the trailer. This trailer is strictly non-vaping/smoking (tobacco, marijuana, or any other smokeable product). Candles and incense are also prohibited. If you want to camp on a site without access to power, Rosie's battery will allow you to run the fan, interior lights, and charge small devices (phones, etc) for approximately 2 days. The fridge and induction burner do *not* work without shore power so we are happy to provide a cooler and 2-burner propane stove (for outdoor use only) in their place. Rosie's king size bed is firm so if you like a squishier sleeping surface, we recommend bringing a bed roll or topper to supplement. A standard king topper will fit, as will standard king bedding. If you like to sleep with sheets and a duvet, a queen sized duvet works perfectly since there's no overhang on the bed.
