Welcome to our RV! Small space, big comfort! Big memories! This unit is an Apex Nano 208BHS We are a family of 5 that enjoy getting out and seeing other parts of the area. We have owned several different RVs of many sizes and this size seems to be perfect! This unit can sleep a family of 5, be towed by a wide range of vehicles and fit in all the good spots! This is our 6th year renting! Feel free to ask any questions! Sorry, we do not let this unit go to festival style events. Quick Specs: ~5000 lbs loaded 25ft long 30 amp service 52 gallons of fresh water Narrow 7.5 ft width Murphy bed bunkhouse floor plan. Bed Layout: 2 bunks in the back. Master bed is a murphy bed. The 4th bed is a dinette conversion. This camper is equipped with the star gazer sunroof above the master bed! Opens for great night time views and breezes. Sunroof is equipped with a screen and blackout shade. Our RV is stocked with all the kitchen items you will need. There is a refrigerator both inside and on the outside. We are also equipped with a outdoor gas griddle. Keurig coffee maker and toaster are included (require shore power.) The goal is for you to pack your bags and grab some groceries and be ready to go! All bedding is included for master bed. We provide mattress covers and a blanket for the bunk beds. Banana blocks included for side to side leveling. Rigid folding and adjustable aluminum steps make entering and exiting the camper worry free. 30amp service required to use the A/C unit, microwave and outdoor refrigerator. 52 gallon freshwater tank goes a long way. On demand water heater (propane) Inside refrigerator is a 12 volt setup. Runs while towing. Slide, lights, water pump, water heater, awning and furnace also run off of 12 volts if you plan to boondock. Microwave has baking, air frying, roasting and convection settings. There is no TV in this unit. Go outside! Load distributing and anti-sway hitch is included. Message me for flexible pickup and drop-off options. Can be picked up at my home in Akron or our shop in Broadview Heights. Requires a vehicle with a 6,000 towing capacity. A working Brake Controller Required. A bluetooth brake controller can be rented as an extra cost. Empty grey and black tanks required upon return
