There were some mechanical issues with the generator about halfway through the trip that couldn’t possibly have been anticipated beforehand, as Matt had just had it serviced prior to our trip, but we made the best of it and Matt was readily available for any questions we had and went above and beyond for us, even calling the dealer to try and help us find a temporary fix to the problem. He went out of his way to drop the RV off to us in a location that was easy for pickup and was accommodating with drop off as well.
