Let us make your getaway EZ as we will deliver within 45 miles of Fairborn, Ohio. You reserve your campsite & we deliver the camper to your site & pick up. *We are not responsible for reserving your campsite - that is up to you.* *We are not allowing any towing of the trailer by others at this time.* We meet you there & go over the basics if need be. You simply show up and enjoy your trip without the hassle and stress of parking the camper or towing it. This 37 foot long camper comes equip with bunkhouse and master on opposite ends of the camper, which allows for optimum privacy. Large U-shaped dinette & couch that sits 3 and turns into sleeping areas at night. Larger refrigerator inside and medium size fridge in the outdoor kitchen with ample storage. Two slide-outs (one in bunkhouse & one in main living area), power awning, and an outdoor kitchen sink & outdoor shower. Prep fee: $100. This covers the cost to clean, sanitize, and prepare the unit for rental, and also includes dumping and washing the tanks upon end of trip so you don't have to mess with that. **DEEP CLEAN FEE** $250.00 This will be added at the end of your camping rental if one or multiple of the following occurs: 1. Linens are not placed in black trash bag provided and as required. 2. Bathroom is not wiped down with provided bleach wipes (commode, shower, etc). 3. Vacuum not ran prior to our picking up. (Vacuum provided) 4. Commode is clogged or requires extensive clean out. 5. If cleaning of the unit takes longer than 2 hours after we pick it up. (This should not happen if the instructions are followed by the renter). Non-smoker Fresh water tank: 41 gallons Grey tank: 40 gallons Blank tank: 40 gallons You are responsible for taking all trash to campsite dumpster. If you opt for a full hook up site while camping, we provide the grey & black tank hookups for you to utilize as well as a fresh water hose & filter. TVs in the main living area and in the bunkhouse allow for entertainment during those rainy camping days. Not into TV while camping, there are board games & card games in the camper for your fun afternoon! Dishes included: two different size frying pans for inside, two different size baking sheets, cups, plates, silverware, coffee maker & filters. Paper towels & RV toilet paper included. Also, there are cast iron options for cooking over the campfire. Other items included: hand soap, dish soap, trash can/liners, vacuum & broom/dustpan, lysol wipes, hand towels. Linens included: sheet set & comforter for queen size bed in master, sheets for the bunks, blankets No pets permitted. We do not allow the use of generators. Your site must be at least electric hook up. This includes places such as Eldora Speedway.
