"Keep It Simple", we want to make this camping experience as simple as possible for you and your family. You bring your food, clothes, and toiletries and almost everything else will be available in this rental. Be sure to ask if you do not see an item listed. The camper is set up with double over double bunk beds -ideal for children-, queen bed in the front, additional beds if needed by converting the couch and table. Linens will be available for all beds! The Camper is also equipped with a Full kitchen, including a 3 burner propane stove and oven, microwave, sink, dinning table, refrigerator and freezer. We also keep a crockpot, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. Full bath with tub/shower, toilet, (TP will be provided) as well as bath towels (not for beach use) and wash cloths. Awning, outdoor carpet, folding chairs and table all are included. Keep It Simple and message me with any questions!

A note from the host: Delivery will be available by 5pm on weekdays. Weekends are flexible. Camper will be set up level. Electric, water and sewer hooked up (if available). Weather pending, outdoor rug will be placed, table and chairs set out, awing run out. Prefer to have guest meet host upon drop off to go over all functions of unit.
