Paige was very friendly and responded quickly for the most part, there was only one issue with response because I guess she didn’t see my message. Other than that it was good. However the campers toilet wasn’t dumped/cleaned it was full, there was no water or propane. We had to have the toilet dumped($50) and get water also ($30) for that. This camper was listed as the prowler with everything u need and truthfully it didn’t have everything we needed and we had to pay for things we shouldn’t have had to pay for on top of the rental of the camper. Not a very good experience for our first time renting a camper.
Well It goes like this. Communicated to call when ready. I called and no answer for over 2hrs. The refrigerator had left over food in it and the bathroom was very disgusting. My son had to go out and purchase disinfectant. The bedding was full of second hand smoke and was told that he was not sure if there was water because this is Paige's Rv and believe there is 50 gallon of water. There was no water. I had to use a family member electric cord. Check-in RV at 7am had to a request to close out rental her husband picked up Rv she was not there to close out informed him of the fithyness he said he would let her know. No response back to accommodate he did apologize at the site. I feel like my cleaning fee should be refunded. Worst rental 😒 ever!
