Has a new awning, new tires, a 32-inch Roku wireless TV, and an upgraded kitchen sink. There is a new queen bed (not an RV bed) with a sanitized mattress cover, floor-to-ceiling bedroom curtains for ultimate privacy. The RV is very well maintained and gets an RV inspection every 6 months.
