Jumbo 3 slide 2022 Bunkhouse Jayco Your amazing camping trip will start in this brand new 2022 Jayco Jay Flight bunkhouse that sleeps up to 7 and comes fully stocked with all your camping essentials! This trailer has a comfortable queen sized bed in the front private bedroom, theater seating in the main room, and a booth dinette that converts into a bed. In the private bunk room, there are 3 twin size bunk beds and a booth dinette with table that converts into a bed. Our trailer has 2 AC units that will keep you nice and cool in the heat of the summer and a propane heater that will keep you cozy in the winter. While sitting outside by the fire, this trailer comes with camping chairs, an outdoor tv hookup and an outdoor kitchen with mini fridge and 2 burner stove. The following items are included in your rental: - cooking utensils - pots/pans - silverware - plates, bowls, cups - a Keurig - coffee mugs - cutting board - knives - bath towels - hand towels - wash cloths - pillows - fitted & top sheets for all beds. Weight distribution/anti-sway hitch included! All you need is a 2" receiver and a 7 pin connector on your tow vehicle and we provide the hitch (ball included) and all the hardware needed for towing. House Rules - Minimum Rental Age: 25 - Use of our Weight Distribution Hitch required if towing - 3/4 Ton or larger pickup and prior towing experience required for self tow. - No smoking - Dogs allowed for an extra $10 per day please contact owner with size, breed, and age of the animal. We can provide delivery if you are not ready to drive yourself or if you don't have the vehicle to tow. If you are a first timer, don't fear, we will provide videos of how to set up/tear down and provide a thorough walk through. We also keep a binder of manuals and step by step guides and recommendations. We will be available by phone when you are out camping if any assistance is needed!
