Beautiful 2022 Holiday Rambler Nautica 34rx low mileage diesel pusher that has it all!! While seating in the captain's chair, you have access to the 2 side and rear camera's color monitor, the "mobile eye" object/vehicle detection warning system, GPS, bluetooth audio/radio, electric front glass sunshade, auto/manual shift, generator start, and so much more! And when it comes to camping, it's "Glamping" at its best!!! The RV extras include Televator (hidden TV in wall counter that lifts up!) at the dining table window, TVs in front room and bedroom, outdoor TV, outdoor wash station, on board air that can fill floats/tubes (not RV tires), generator, electric power cord retriever for the shore power, 50/30amp adaptor, AquaHot heater, driver/passenger seat belts, and seat belts also in the dining benches and couch. It has a beautiful fireplace, dimmable lights, accent lights, powered awnings with LEDs, day/night shades, and the list goes on!!! There's a washer/dryer and residential refrigerator which means packing and grocery storage just got a whole lot easier for those extened trips. Bringing the kids or friends? The sleeping arrangements include a King bed, Queen hide-a-bed, Full bed over the driver seat (with electric up/down), and the dining table/benches make into a Twin bed. There will be clean sheets/bedding and towels provided. There will also be at least a 1 week supply of dish soap, hand soap, HE laundry soap, shampoo, and toilet paper provided. All these items are provided to reduce what you need to bring and just go RVing!!! This RV does not require propane and utilizes diesel and/or electric for the hot water and camper heating (Aquahot system). Now for the "finer" print :) --Guests can park their personal vehicle in the covered parking at the RV storage unit that has secured access!!! This is available for only $10.00/night (elect this option at time of rental). Think how much time and extra driving this can save. Important to note that the RV Owner is not responsible for any damage or theft to guests personal vehicle or personal items at the owner's RV storage unit. --Rental will come with full tank (100 gallons) of fuel (Diesel). Renters MUST return RV with full tank of fuel, or elect for the prearranged refill ($500), or the guest will be charged $1,000.00. --Renters MUST return RV with emptied Black and Grey holding tanks, or elect the prearranged emptying by Owner ($150), or will be charged $200.00 --Coffee pot is available and to be returned clean. --Plates, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, and clean trash cans with liners provided. Guests MUST return RV with clean dishes, clean cooking surface, clean microwave, and no loose trash or Guest will be charged additional $150.00 in addition to the Cleaning Fee. Owner will dispose of bagged trash, will dust/clean counters, clean the bathroom, vacuum/mop floors, wash exterior, etc for the next guest as part of the rental agreement's cleaning fees. --Clean sheets, pillows, bedding, towels, and hand towels will be provided for the rental. Guest to leave dirty linen and towels in the RV and these will be cleaned/washed by the Owner for the next guest as part of the rental agreement's cleaning fees. --The RV has a Satellite dish and WiFi capabilities for Long-term Renters wishing to add their own service. --There is a receiver hitch; however towing is NOT permitted. This is non-negotiable! --Please expect to spend at least 1 hr when picking up/receiving the RV to review the workings and operation of the RV (auto leveling, slides, air suspension, etc.). I will have a Rental Checklist to complete for listing the inventoried supplies and review of the RV's operation/processes. If you are new to RVing or driving a Class A RV, please expect to spend a little more time to ensure your understanding of the RV's operation and set-up procedures so you'll have the best RV experience possible. --I recommended that the Renting Guest take photos/video of the RV prior to departure. (Owner will also take photos of interior and exterior on the day of rental.) --Upon the Guest's return, the Guest is requested to review the Rental Checklist with the Owner. Any damages, losses, or theft incurred during the rental agreement will be documented and restitution will be pursued per the Rental Agreement. --This RV retailed over 300K and is expected to be treated as such. The refundable deposit is set at $5,000.00 to account for this high end RV. Please do not message me requesting a lower deposit amount. --Minimum night stay is 5 days with maximum of 5 people. Please do not message me requesting a modification. --The owner has right to refuse the rental to anyone that refuses to agree to take part in the review and acknowledgement of the RV's operation, equipment use, and camping/materials inventory listed on the owner's 'Guest Checklist' at the time of pick-up and drop off. --This is my personal RV and the rentals are intended to be for those looking to have an amazing RV experience. Please note the Guests are expected to return the RV in the same condition in which it was rented. If something should break or fail during the rental that is outside of what would be considered as "normal wear and tear"; AND you consider the issue to be no fault of your own, then the Rental Agreement, Guest Checklist, and the Guest and Owner's pre & post rental photos will be used to solve any disputes. Do not fix anything on your own without consulting the owner!
