2020. Used only a handful of times. Extremely clean, and modern, with great layout for family or couples! It has an awning with led lights. Solar power (controls lighting and awnings). Has heating (with a thermostat), air conditioning. Black out curtains makes for the best sleeps. Bluetooth speakers inside and out. Very comfy, clean and makes camping easy. Lots of cupboard space for storage. Very light to tow. Sleeps 4. There's one queen size upgraded bamboo mattress with a curtain for privacy. There is also a set bunkbeds with Serta twin mattresses. It's our perfect little getaway spot and we would love to share it with others that will appreciate it like we do. Also perfect for fall camping!! *You need power for heat, air conditioning, microwave, radio and power outlets. You will also need propane to run tbe fridge (not included with rental) *MUST empty own waste if toilet is used otherwise a fee of $300 will be applied* *this trailer is a 100% smoke-free environment.
