Seatbelts for 8, It sleeps 9 comfortably and has plenty of room for the entire family! 2 in the overhead queen bunk, 1-2 in the dinette, 1 on the fold out sofa, 2 in the bunk beds and 2 in the rear queen bed. 2 large slide outs for extra living space. There are 3 TV's, CD player, a stand up shower with a small bath tub to bath the little ones, Microwave, cook top, oven, an entertainment system, bunk beds, patio mat and much more. It is up to date on all maintenance. The Unit has a back up and camera. The Motorhome also has an onboard generator. Many add-on options are available. High season rentals are Minimum 7 night rentals. Drop off of the RV possibly can be arranged for additional costs. When you pick up the RV you will be given a complete tour of the features and operation of the motorhome along with a short test drive to familiarize you with the unit. There is a late fee of $25 for each 15 minutes it is returned late if we have another booking right afterwards. The person making the reservation must be present for pick up and drop off. Please message me for more details. GENERAL Roadside assistance mandatory. The roof is off limits and not to be used for any purpose, i.e. sitting on or storing items. Families and Couples only , NO PARTIERS Travel on TOLL roads will be toll rate PLUS $50 admin each toll. Surge protector will be provided and it must be used to prevent fluctuating voltage damage to unit. All fluid levels and tire pressures to be checked daily when traveling . Damages or loss of equipment will be paid for by the renter. (Must be 25 yrs. Older No Towing Of Any Kind There is room to leave your vehicle at pickup site if desired HOLDING TANKS The holding tanks must be emptied prior to return of the vehicle or be subject to an additional dump charge of $250 FUEL TANKS Renters are responsible for full fuel tanks on return, Fuel, Propane Refilled $100 per tank each surcharge, plus actual fuel charges Smoke free. No smoking in or near this unit! Family owned unit with allergies, so cleaning fee applies $1500 Cleaning fee (only if renters don't meet cleaning expectations): Vehicle should come back clean both interior/exterior. Generator Includes 3 hours daily of run time. Each additional hour will be charged at $5/hour Pick Up timings are between 1 to 4 pm and Drop off is between 8 am to 10 am. If late than will be charged extra . If you want to pick up early morning than charges are extra as well.
