This is a delightful trailer where you still feel like your outside. The trailer has 3 double sized pop outs that make you feel like your sleeping in the trees. But if it is too hot there is air conditioning and fans. If it gets too cold there is a furnace. This trailer is 17' long, plus the tip-out tents at both ends, plus one on the side. The sofa and dining table both fold down into a bed. The kitchen has a microwave, small sink and medium sized fridge the kitchen area does not have much countertop space, so we recommend using the extra folding tables to put outside for cooking and wash bins. The trailer comes equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker and toaster. Just bring your own towels, pillows, and sleeping bags (recommended for hybrid so nothing is against the canvas, otherwise it will cause moisture.) In order to enjoy the full benefits of this trailer, you will need at least a 25' electrical site. If you choose to book a non-electrical site, please be aware that not all features of the trailer will work, such as electrical outlets and air conditioner. *** The trailer is expected to come back in a broom-swept condition, with all of the included dishes, pots, and pans clean. ***
