All you have to do is book your site and then show up and start enjoying your time! *Everything included except for bath and beach towels, face cloths, bedding, food, and drink. NO “add-ons” needed! This is a great trailer that we enjoy on a regular basis. With the dinette on the door side beside the large window, you get great views out under the awning as opposed to the traditional layout of the kitchen on the awning side. Well equipped with a large queen bedroom and bunkhouse both with solid doors. Large kitchen counter for prepping meals. Also, enjoy the outdoor kitchen with an additional fridge for convenience! Outside tables, chairs, BBQ, ground mats, coffee maker, and toaster, are all included. Fully outfitted kitchen. Just bring your bedding, towels, food, and beverage, and enjoy!! Cleaning and Prep fee includes trailer set up on-site and trailer leveling, fresh water fill or water connection and electrical connection if available, outdoor living space set up (kitchen, tables, chairs, BBQ, stove, outdoor mats), propane fill, trailer pick up and emptying of grey water and black water holding tanks at end of the rental.
