Kyle's Grand Design Transcend one 151BH Travel Trailer

Brand new trailer. This trailer sleeps 5 people. It has many additional features. We do have a generator that can be rented for 30$ for the first week and 20$ for any consecutive week. We will provide clean linens, blankets, pillows if needed for a fee of 30$. The trailer needs to be returned clean or a cleaning fee of $75 will be charged up to $150 for serious cleanup. Any damage will be photographed and charged accordingly. We require a $1000 refundable deposit for any damages or incidentals. This is a family friendly trailer so we ask that you don't smoke in the trailer. Smoking in the trailer would fall under the incidental policy and would be charge accordingly. We provide board/ card games, television, plates, drinking cups, coffee mugs and some other things like a broom. We want you to have fun, if you have questions we are here to help. If you bring the trailer back late you will pay a late fee of 40$ this is to ensure we have adequate time to inspect the unit before giving it to our next client. Pickup is at 3pm (unless discussed prior) and drop off is at noon (unless discussed prior). You must dispose of your waste water if you dont you will be charged a fee of 100$ to dispose of it. Propane will be charged depending on how much you use.
