What better way to enjoy some family time then camping under that stars in this Gulf Stream Grand River 19ft Bunkhouse trailer! Equipped with a queen size bed, four person dinette that folds into a double bed, and two single bunks. Large enough to sleep 6 people! Bathroom has a tub/shower and toilet. Kitchen has a two burner stove, fridge, microwave, a good amount of counter space and cupboards for storage. Trailer also has air-conditioning, propane furnace, power awning, exterior storage compartments, and radio! 1 FULL propane tank that must be filled prior to your return or you will be charged $50 to refill. Grey and black tanks must be emptied prior to returning or you will need to add the optional charge for us to empty it for you. Failure to do so will result in a $80 charge. Most parks will have pump out stations and we have provided the connection hose for you. Please return or you will be charged for a new one. Electrical adapter cable and plug included. Both need to be returned or you will be charged for new ones. Water hose included. Please do not use another hose to hook up to water connections or any other hoses found at campsites. Please return or you will be charged for a new one. Guests are responsible for bringing their own linens, towels, cookie utensils ,plates, cutlery, etc. Please only use septic safe toilet paper. Trailer must be returned in the same condition you received it in or else you will be charged an additional $100 cleaning fee. We keep the cleaning fee low in hopes that you will maintain the state of the trailer. Our goal is to help you create an amazing holiday for you and your loved ones!!
