Private Queen size bed. Pull out couch bed, dining table folds down to bed, & double over double bunk beds that can hold 300lbs!
Comes with propane & electric fridge/freezer and water heater, outdoor & indoor(with tub) shower, stove/oven & microwave. Radio with built in cd player/DVD player that hooks to the tv. Bluetooth & speakers outside on the awning! Both A/C & furnace. Will provide basic amenities like coffee cups, plates, utensils, kettle etc.
With no pump out station close to home, septic tanks must be emptied before returning, most campgrounds have septic and a dump area available when you leave :) In the event of delivery, a dump fee must be added if you want us to dump when picking up the trailer! If you will not be at a place with available dumping services, a dump fee must be added unless you will be dumping it before returning.
We will not allow out of province rentals. Delivery will be only with approval based on our availability and location.

A note from the host: Unable to deliver for all requests & unable to do drop offs or pick ups until after 5pm mondays- Thursdays because of work schedule Delivery available Friday afternoons. Pick ups and drop offs can be any day except friday nights, saturdays and sunday mornings. We do go away for weekends ourselves and that must be taken into consideration. No delivery or pick ups on Saturdays. Possibly deliver between carleton place & Arden along hwy 7 or smiths falls- kingston hwy 15. Times & area can be discussed otherwise pick up preferred! :)
