Private Queen size bed. Pull out couch bed, dining table folds down to bed, & double over double bunk beds that can hold 300lbs!
Comes with propane & electric fridge/freezer and water heater, outdoor & indoor(with tub) shower, stove/oven & microwave. Radio with built in cd player/DVD player that hooks to the tv. Bluetooth & speakers outside on the awning! Both A/C & furnace. Will provide basic amenities like coffee cups, plates, utensils, kettle etc.
With no pump out station close to home, septic tanks must be emptied before returning. In the event of delivery, a dump fee must be added if you want us to dump when picking up the trailer! :)

A note from the host: Will not deliver for all requests, unable to do drop offs or pick ups until after 5pm mondays- Thursdays. Delivery/pick up available Friday afternoons. No delivery or pick ups on Saturdays. Possibly deliver between carleton place & Arden along hwy 7 or smiths falls- kingston hwy 15. Times & area can be discussed otherwise pick up preferred!
