This trailer is easy to manouver, and spend less gas when you towing it with your vehicle. -City water connection (25 feet hose include) and 30 amp power connection (25 feet power extension cord include) - The AC/heating, kitchen, bathroom, water heater, dining table, TV and DVD player gives you the comforts of home! - enjoy the great outdoors in style with an great Interior and exterior sound system and electric awning. - Washroom with shower and toilet perfect for a family. -The trailer is well cared for and looks like new. -Comes with fully stocked kitchen. - the trailer jacks make installation a breeze. - The trailer weighs 3440 lbs and can carry 500 lbs of cargo and has a weight distribution and sway control hitch. -Has 1 propane tank of 40 lbs. We supply a wireless brake controller which plugs in to your vehicle power port for a extra charge, so no alterations to your vehicle are needed. *When looking at the availability please remember that if the trailer is booked and returning on a date - that means the trailer cannot be ready to go back out that morning. It means the trailer will be available AFTER 5:00 pm (negotiable depending on return timing) on that date. **With health issues surrounding COVID-19 it takes longer to fully clean and sanitize the trailer. This may mean a longer turnaround time between rentals is necessary. We are both diligent and vigilant in our cleaning and sanitizing the trailer for your safety.
