Trailer was not cleaned- we vacuumed and had to mop 3 times before the floor was decent. Mould in the fridge that had to be scrubbed, dirty toilet bowl brush that spilled poo water on the floor, cloth was dirty when surfaces were wiped. The front door had to be cleaned as something sticky was spilled across it. The awning was visibly dirty. The trailer has not been maintained and I doubt any maintenance has been done. The toilet backed up on our second day and it took a maintenance man over an hour to fix the issue- which he said was a long standing due to improper use and a lack of maintenance (we used RV toilet paper, only flushed toilet paper after bowel movements, added additional water with flushes to ensure it moved through the pipes, etc.). We had to add our own carabiner to the safety break cable. The carbon monoxide detector was held in place with electrical tape (which is extremely important considering the use of propane for the heater).
The renter had good written communication.
Would not rent again.
Communication and picking up the trailer was very easy. Great trailer for a family getaway.
