This trailer has a nice open kitchen living area at the back, a three-piece washroom in the middle, and a private bedroom at the front. The bedroom has a walkaround queen bed, and the sofa and dining table fold down into beds. There is room for 4 people to sleep comfortably, or 5-6 people if you have a few smaller adults or children. The trailer is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, a coffee maker, a toaster, and bed sheets. Just bring your own towels, pillows, and blankets. The rental fee includes one full tank of propane; if you need more you can bring your own, (20 lb tanks) or I can provide it for an extra charge. To enjoy the full benefits of this trailer, you will need at least a **25' electrical site**. If you choose to book a non-electrical site, please be aware that not all features of the trailer will work. *** The trailer is expected to come back in a broom-swept condition, with all the included dishes, pots, and pans clean. If the trailer needs extensive cleaning, there will be an extra charge payable upon return of the trailer. **No Sunday Delivery or Pickup** ***This unit is available for delivery only. The delivery fee includes: - Delivery & pick-up - Set-up and tear-down - Dumping the waste-water tanks at the end of the rental period Extra septic dumps during the trip are not included, but may be available for an extra charge.
