New we have use it twice. All linen, pots, plates, etc included. Outdoor games and indoor ones available. Coffee machine and toaster. Some DVD's available to watch.Power awning for rainy days. Outdoor mini fridge and stove. No smoking at all. I leave one blanket/ comforter per bed only.

We have done this on the side now for 3 seasons. We enjoy doing it. We are going to book 2 days per month for maintenance. As it's hard to get little things done inbetween rental time slots. Please TREAT the trailer like it's your home. If you damage anything please let me know so it can be fixed. Remember there is another renter after you, so respect check out time and in.
