We have your solution our compact Class A (31'). This unit sleeps 3 adults and a couple of small kids, or grandkids. We are also a pet friendly renter, but only maximum 2 small dogs under 20 lbs. Pet information to be declared before approval of the rental. There will be an extra cleaning fee of $100.00 Enjoy a large central living area with a slide out u-shaped dinette (converts into a bed 44X64), a large Master Bedroom area (Queen Size walk around Bed). There is also a single bed area (48X72)above the driver area, only access by a small ladder (250LB max). Recommend a sleeping bag for this area. There are also two 75% recliner seats that someone could sleep on if required. It has a fully equipped bathroom, with RV toilet, shower and sink . There are three TV's, bedroom, main, and outside. Unit also has vented A/C and Heat, to keep you comfortable no matter what the temperature is! Very spacious kitchen area with large single sink and a recently installed newer 10 cu ft refridgerator. Kitchen has utensils, induction cook top, cooking pots and pans, keurig coffee maker, toaster and four sets of plates. The propane gas stove and oven have been removed. The new microwave does, regular microwave, convection and AIR FRY. This unit is also equipped with a Power Awning, LED Outdoor Lighting. This unit is like driving a large delivery truck and proper turning and steering conditions must be adhered to. =================================================================================================== NO SMOKING Failure to comply with this policy will result in a $200 penalty LATE RETURN motorhome NOT returned by 12PM noon (unless pre-arranged) will be subject to a $100 penalty each day CLEANING Motorhome (inside and out) must be returned in a clean condition Failure to comply $100 penalty PET CLEANING If trailer is returned with pet odors, hair and waste and not declared at time of rental will be $100 penalty SEWAGE/WASTE Trailer will be returned with Black & Gray waste water tanks flushed empty, if not $100 penalty EMPTY PROPANE TANKS: 1 x 30lb Trailer Tanks are shipped out FULL and must be returned FULL or $50 charge NOTE Renters may pre-purchase the add-on services, when booking rental. Penalties will NOT be applied in those cases.
