Any extras like Generator, Hitches and Sway Bars, Propane needs, Septic Dumping, Barbecue needs for availability and pricing at the time of booking. No smoking or vaping inside the trailer. full security deposit will not be returned if any smoking in the trailer. PET POLICY: If you are bringing your pet we ask for a $60 refundable deposit if renter cleans up the messes left by the pet. If you are picking up trailer at our location please pick-up after 3pm on your first day unless permission given by owner. The times between Noon and 3pm are used for travel time, cleaning of trailer and dumping tanks. This is all to make sure the next renter gets the trailer on time.
