The van was very clean and well stocked with all the kitchen supplies we needed. There were issues with the heater that were resolved after owner shared a video about how to reset, I would recommend sharing that video upfront. The battery did not last very long, would beep at us every four or so hours, which was resolved after running the car for a little bit.
