Rick D.Aug 2025The battery had not been charged for our trip. Which made it impossible to use the fridge or the light's, and water. Also because of no battery we were unable to use the awning. we poured water in the toilet in order to use it. was like camping useing an overpriced tent. But it was clean, the girl that met us at the camper was very polite. And RVezyy was GREAT about getting back to us We were in a no cell service area therefore RVeasy was unaware of our delima which made it impossible for them to know we had problems or help us at the time . We learned if we rent another camper to ask more questions about what we are expected to do before the camper is 100% useable.and if we are expected to take it and charge any batteries. Also another couple was returning there rental at the same time we were returning ours and they told us there batterie was dead also. I think batteries should be a given that they will be charged and ready for the clients adventure. Thankyou- Kelly C.Nov 2024The trailer was clean, and the pickup was seemless. The host also let us drop off the trailer at a nearby location so we didn't have to worry about backing it down their driveway.
